What the Diagnostic Reveals
I look at three things that determine whether your marketing will not only work, but help you scale:
1. Your Engine
The systems & processes that capture, nurture & convert customers
-
Do your marketing tools talk to each other, or are you manually managing everything?
-
When someone shows interest, do they get consistent follow-up?
-
Can your marketing run without you, or does it stop the moment you step away?
2. Your Clarity
Consistent Messaging that actually reflects how you work

-
Can people easily describe what you do and who you serve?
-
Does your marketing match what your customers actually experience?
-
Is your brand voice consistent, or does it feel scattered?
3. Your Capacity
Your team, partners, and tools that execute
-
Do you have the right people in the right roles?
-
Are you running on a plan, or constantly reacting to urgency?
-
If your busiest season started tomorrow, would your marketing execution hold up?
You'll walk away with a clear picture of what's working, what's draining resources without return, and what you need to focus on first—with or without me.
The Capacity Diagnostic
You can't fix what you can't see. Every client starts here.
Here's the Process:
Step 1: 15-Minute Intro Call
We talk through your situation, what's frustrating you and your growth goals. No sales pitch. This is a conversation about fit.
Step 2: The Diagnostic
I spend 10-12 hours understanding your business—your systems, your messaging, your team dynamics, your decision complexity. I review what's working, what's costing you, and what's been overlooked.

Step 3: Your Results
You get back a clear assessment of your Engine, Clarity, and Capacity—plus a specific, sequenced path forward.
Investment: $2,500 (flat fee), invoiced after our intro call
Timeline: Results typically between 2 weeks - 1 month of starting. Plan for approximately 3-4 hours of discovery calls and feedback

What Happens Next:
Based on what I find, I'll show you your options. Sometimes that means a focused project to fix one critical gap. Sometimes it's ongoing strategic advising. Sometimes it means you take what you've learned and run with it yourself—I'll support whichever direction makes sense.
What comes after the Marketing Diagnostic
After the diagnostic, you'll know exactly what needs to happen next. Whether I'm the right person to help with that work depends on your situation and priorities.

Some clients need a focused project—rebuilding a broken system, aligning their messaging, training their team. Some need ongoing strategic direction. Some need a fractional leader who can manage their vendors and make decisions. Some need to take what they've learned and handle it internally.

All of these are valid. What matters is that you move from guessing to knowing.

The work I do with clients typically looks like:
-
Project-Based: "Let's rebuild your follow-up system and document it so your team can run it" (2-4 months, flat fee)
-
Fractional Leadership: "I'm your part-time strategist, here for planning, decisions, and execution oversight" (ongoing, monthly fee)
-
Vendor Management: "I'll find and oversee the right person or agency for this work" (project-based + oversight)

Each one is scoped and priced based on what the diagnostic revealed—not on a menu.

Who I Help
With 25 years of solving real marketing problems, I work with growth-stage businesses that want to scale without overextending their resources.
I’m a good fit if:
-
You're an established business with clear revenue and growth goals
-
You've invested in marketing tools, vendors, or content but aren't seeing return
-
You feel stuck navigating marketing decisions without a clear strategy
-
You want to make smarter, more focused investments—not just "do more"
-
You need clarity on what will actually move the needle next
-
You're ready to invest in understanding your foundation before scaling
Not a fit if you're:
-
Still validating product/market fit
-
Unwilling to invest in understanding your own systems

A solo entrepreneur still figuring out your offer

About Me
I spent 25 years in hospitality, SaaS, nonprofits, and retail—managing marketing operations, scaling systems, and watching smart businesses struggle because they were trying to grow faster than their foundation could support.
I've worked along side incredible people at some of the world's top brands. And after leaving the corporate full-time in 2024, I built my diagnostic methodology to help established businesses answer one question: Does your capacity match your strategy?

The answer is almost never what they thought. And once they know, everything changes.

I've been based in Atlanta since 1998.
