Hi, I'm Ellen. I've spent 25 years helping businesses figure out why their marketing isn't working — and most of the time, it isn't a marketing problem.
Based out of Atlanta since 1998, I've spent my career helping businesses across hospitality, SaaS, nonprofits, and experience-driven retail grow by unifying and transforming scattered marketing efforts into integrated strategies that drive lasting success.
After 25 years building partnerships, launching national campaigns, and elevating brands, I am focused on helping businesses stop the reactive marketing loop and develop strategies that support sustainable growth. And I've been very fortunate. Not only have I worked with fantastic people, inspiring organizations, and iconic brands, I've had a lot of fun doing it.

"Growth at all costs" has a big cost. I offer a different approach.
When marketing feels overwhelming or ineffective, it’s often because resources are spread too thin or there’s a lack of strategic alignment. My services are designed to help businesses quickly pinpoint gaps in their marketing ecosystem and strengthen their foundation before they invest in new marketing activities.

Every engagement starts with the Capacity Diagnostic — a structured look at what your marketing foundation can actually support, and what it can't. From there, the path depends on what we find: alignment work, execution support, or fractional leadership.
(The name Circle 4 comes from my original 4-Pillar Marketing Methodology — the operational arc behind every engagement: Assess, Strategize, Execute, Track. The Diagnostic is where it begins.)

Through an in-depth, diagnostic review of your marketing ecosystem, I’ll highlight untapped potential and reveal your true capacity for growth.

An audit is essential for evaluating your systems, resources and opportunities before committing to larger engagements. Whether you need an expert consultant to guide a specific project to success or a hands-on fractional leader to embed within your team and drive outcomes, I’m here to help.
I won't sell you marketing you're not ready to absorb. The work I do is meant to strengthen your marketing foundation so your growth plans are integrated into your business sustainably.
I BELIEVE IN DOING GOOD AND DOING WELL.
Building a business goes hand-in-hand with building community.

I proudly support the Father Christmas Cup, an annual day-long soccer tournament that supports Atlanta family members who are experiencing the loss of a loved-one for the first time during the Holidays.

I also serve on the Georgia Engagement Council for Giving Kitchen, a nationally recognized non-profit that offers financial assistance and a network of support services to food service workers here in Atlanta and across the country.
